 Standard Service Fees for Events are $1.00 + 5%($2.00 minimum) of Event Fee for each registration completed.
 When setting up an event, two options for service fee adjustments will be available
 1 Add service charge to fee (event registrants will see a service charge.)
 2 Event Fee includes service charge. (service fee is deducted from entered Event Fee.)
